You have the option of using a web chat on our website. This service records your IP address. In the course of the conversation, you may be asked for further information such as company, e-mail address or telephone number in order to answer or clarify your request, but this is voluntary.

United Security Providers organizes various events on the subject of information security. Registration for events takes place via our own website or, if applicable, via the websites of third parties. The registration forms for events can be used to collect personal data, whereby the type of data collected varies depending on the event.

8. Newsletter
United Security Providers regularly sends out newsletters on current IT security topics and specific offers that may be of interest to you. The newsletter can be explicitly subscribed to via our website. The following information is required:

United Security Providers will also send you the newsletter automatically after personal meetings, meetings at events, participation in webinars and after downloading further documents.
We use Inxmail to send our newsletter. Your data will therefore be transmitted to Inxmail GmbH. Inxmail GmbH is prohibited from using your data for purposes other than sending the newsletter. Inxmail GmbH is not permitted to pass on or sell your data. Inxmail is a German, certified newsletter software provider that has been carefully selected in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR and the BDSG.
In order to continuously improve our newsletter and to adapt our marketing measures to the interests of the recipients, we record personal opening and click rates.
You have the option at any time to view and adjust your stored newsletter profile data, to unsubscribe from the newsletter or to request the complete and permanent deletion of your data.

1. Google Analytics
This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. For individual marketing activities, we use landing pages that are created with tools from external landing page providers based in the United States of America (USA) or the United Kingdom (UK) and operated on external servers. If you enter your personal data in a form on these pages, it will be transmitted to us via the tool provider’s servers and may be stored there. The landing page tool providers may not use or process your data.
4. Webinars
To organize and conduct our webinars, we use webinar tools such as GoToWebinar from LogMen Inc. based in the USA.
When you register for a webinar, your data is stored in these tools, for example in GoToWebinar. You will receive a registration confirmation from GoToWebinar with a participation link for the webinar as well as an e-mail after the webinar with links to the recording, a survey or the presentation shown in the webinar.
5. Web Chat
If you use the WebChat offered on our website, the conversation is stored on the servers of the WebChat operator, based in the USA, and forwarded to us.
6. Social Media Platforms
United Security Providers offers content on various social media platforms that you may respond to. These platforms are primarily used to make content more accessible and easier to share with other Internet users.
Our website provides social plugins for sharing content with your personal social media network, which are not covered by this privacy policy. After clicking on the link, we no longer have any influence on the processing of any data transmitted to the third party by clicking on the link (such as the IP address or the URL on which the link is located), as the behavior of third parties is naturally beyond our control.
